Appointed Persons Course
The students learned basic life support skills and the syllabus will enable them to feel competent in dealing with first aid emergencies at home and in the work place.
The scenarios we used at the end of the course included a supermarket scene with a mum panicking with a choking baby, a lady suffering from angina after climbing a steep hill with shopping, and a football injury (open fracture).
